I made an order through the owner and I was able to try the cachopo for the first time, which is a highly recommended specialty. is well done, tender and not fat or salty. the mixed paella is also exceptional. much better than I expected from the modest cardboard container. intense flavor and sailor. Very rich bass and red beans. all homemade, simple and rich food."
