We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Everest tonight. We ordered some mouthwatering Nepalese curries, tandoori dishes, and a variety of sides. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious, and the service was outstanding. I would go back just for the dumplings, which were particularly delightful.
