Fedora is a great place to go to grab a coffee and very good quality pastries for cheap. This bakery/coffee shop is an experiential learning lab for baking and pastry students so everything is made with quality, love and passion. I recommend it!

What a find!!!! We wandered through to the courtyard for a glass of wine (or two… and were offered a selection of the foods prepared by the students of the attached culinary school for an additional euro. A delicious range of Mediterranean foods that wouldn’t be out of place on a Michelin menu. Do yourself a favour check it out.

Una serata deliziosa in un ambiente sereno e giardino. Anche se il menu è intenzionalmente limitato... è eccellente in ogni aspetto. Lontano dalla folla turistica e caotica delle piazze. Vale davvero la pena fare un piccolo sforzo per trovarlo in cambio di un ricordo di qualità diamante. Elena ha reso la nostra serata speciale!!! Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è incredibile!!!

Hats off to Fedora. A real pleasure. An excellent welcome and attention from staff. Had visited for coffee earlier. Perfect outdoor ambiance with plenty of space. Super food including spaghetti, burrata and cuttlefish. The recommended Vino della casa was a very enjoyable vermentino Earlier in the day we had tried the lemon tart which was excellent. The plum cake wasn't just as good for us but the staff offered by us a chocolate cake instead as a very generous gift Overall a lovely experience. Very well worth a visit in our opinion.

Abbiamo avuto un appartamento dall'altra parte della strada. Questo era il nostro punto di ristoro quotidiano per caffè e dolci. Fa parte di una università/scuola culinaria quindi alcuni membri dello staff sono studenti in stage. Il personale fisso era eccellente, cordiale e disponibile. Il caffè e il tè erano economici e c'era una grande varietà di dolci fatti in casa. Abbiamo cenato lì una sera e direi che era buono ma non eccellente. Mia moglie ha preso un kebab di pollo e io ho preso la carne argentina. La carne era cucinata bene ma un po' dura. L'insalata era piuttosto salata. Buon prezzo sul vino della casa. Il pranzo poteva essere scelto dal menù settimanale o dai panini, tutti molto...

Being a student at FUA, Fedora is the perfect place for me to grab a quick espresso and croissant before class or to sit down and study while enjoying some delicious pastries. The clean and bright interior creates a good and relaxing environment for students. Fedora is part of FUA, so everything there is prepared/made by baking and pastry students. Prices are fairly cheap but the quality is fantastic. You can choose anything from cookies, sandwiches, cakes, and more! Each dessert is decorated beautifully. Such a pity this is another of the Secrets of Florence that can only be discovered mostly by word of mouth or through diligent searching the web for culinary schools. Last evening we wanted something close to our apartment and this is literally 100 meters from our door. I had researched Ganzo and Fedora many months back while making the initial plans for our trip to Florence. We walked in lated and asked if we could get a table 35 minutes before the kitchen closed.
