"I usually associate the london bridge area with the hordes that only visit the eating stalls at the weekend, but a visit to borough market shows a wet Saturday night that the masses have not cloged. the interieur is dark and atmospheric and affects the warming of the cold winter. there is a seasonal menu in the game and while we have largely ordered from the main, we are tried by the sesam tofu with mushroom sauce and it is fantastic. I would have appreciated some suggestions as to how to eat it, as we are confused, whether the sauce is used as dip or a suppe to soak the tofu. the tofu is crispy on the outside and firm on the inside and the sauce is more of a broth with mushrooms and mixed vegetables, but nevertheless a delicious food. our salmon-sashimi is fresh, but has some significant fat strips through it."

Not too bad for London, but the Ramen wasn't authentic Japanese style. No bamboo shoots, corn or seaweed in it, but some type of lettuce.

Such a friendly, warm welcome at this Bar! We went as a group of 5 friends for a late lunch, had wonderful food, great service and a lovely greeting from Molly the dog! Would definitely come again.

I had not eaten here before, just been for drinks. But my son took me out for lunch. We both thoroughly enjoyed our food. The local wine was lovely. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.

there at a weekend. had a plate of mixed sushi and was not disappointed. the variety of beer there is also good. had also a taste of veg sushi. the mix of avocados and other crumbles gave the not veg-based sushi really competition. sitting well with limited sitting and a cozy ambiente.

Ok place, nice and decent service. Decor of the restaurant isn't great and certainly does not relate to a Japanese style restaurant. Overall food was nice but not something that you will remember for long time. Food arrived very quickly. Cant fault the service either. I'd highly recommend crispy squid. It tasted very nice. I used TasteCard so I got 50% off the bill so ill be going there again.
