Has been a while since my last visit to Five Guys and felt the food taste had gone down in my opinion , rubbish , dropped food, and not enough cleaning of tables done , very off putting when you are eating. The burgers at this restaurant are of excellent quality and the fries are delicious. The service is great and perfect for a lunchtime meal. The price per person is between £1-10. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 4 out of 5. Recommended dishes include the Little Cheese Burger All the Way with Little Fries, as well as the Cheeseburger and Fries.

Order food via user eats. Order never arrived after want 1hr 20 mins and they said it looks like it went to wrong address. I spent £95 and they said couldn't do anything about it! £95 !!! In the end I drove my kids to McDonald's. Unbelievable lack of care or empathy, £95 is a lot of money for what essentially is a posh burger! I will be on social media about this experience next! My wife stopped me from driving to your Restaurant!! Absolute Disgrace of a company taking my money and receiving nothing!!

If you're looking to upgrade from Burger King, be prepared to bring your wallet to this restaurant. I was surprised to see that a basic burger, small fries, and milkshake for one person cost £20. While the food was tastier than BK and felt more like a diner meal, the price caught me off guard. If I had bought lunch for a family of four, it would have been even more expensive, especially when considering a trip to the neighboring Cinema or Rock Up climbing center. The decor and furniture seemed cheap and the ambience was lacking. The service was adequate but nothing special, and I was unsure why there was a tip jar at the order counter.
