absolutely terrible times to have to come, the riders were soggy and burned, the hotdog was salty and unusable so expensive!, never again

Excellent food, my only complaint was that the burger looked like it had been sat on so that it would fit inside the square of tinfoil. The burgers are really good but expensive, but the price of the fries is ridiculous!

First time in five guys.. We tried Five guys to see what’s he fuss was. I ordered a bacon burger my friend had BLT followed by a regular fries with a refillable and a vanilla and strawberry milkshake. Outstanding food, good quality, plenty of...it but very high priced for a takeaway lunch.

ridiculously slower service: 45mins for a single burger. music that is in the restaurant; when I asked if they could turn it off, it was a flat “no”. but the prices have increased where a burger and nothing else is just shy of a tenth beautiful taste. but too many things that start with it.

this two g of five guys is always good and eating is how they would expect from the chain. unfortunately, at a recent visit our order went missing. after a long wait we didn't get our food, but the staff was really good. they offered...a free milkshake that everyone served as an apology and prioritized our order, it came out pretty quickly after that. mistakes happen, but good customer service quickly dissolves them. that was perfect.

Absolutely dreadful- avoid! Such an awful lunch today. The hamburger burger was covered in disgusting ‘cheese ‘ and came in a sad looking wet roll. The vege sandwich was equally dreadful and had zero flavour. Fries were the only decent thing. At £30 for 1...burger, 2 small vege sandwiches, 2 fries and 1 drink, so overpriced. Definitely one to avoid really awful music playing the entire time and order numbers screamed out by the servers. A very sad place.

Went to store and five guys For the first time in my life walked past it 1 billion times. Staff very friendly and the restaurant is very clean The burgers from this place is amazing most expensive that I’ve ever paid for in my life...but it was worth it. I had a cheeseburger with onion and jalapeños chips and a drink which cost me £16.45 The chips were really good Quality for a franchise fast food outlet, The meat that they use in the burger is really good does not taste artificial a real cow

Where do I start.. It was fairly busy when I arrived but nothing mental. I placed my order for a burger and a milkshake and probably waited about 20 mins for the burger, I then waited about another 20 minutes for the milkshake? The restaurant...was hotter than hell so I was sweating one out standing on hunger. When it came out my burger was cold. Tasted whack. The jalapeños were misplaced, onions falling everywhere. It wasn't even saucy. A solid 1/10. The milkshake wasn't bad but probably had about a kilogram of sugar in it. I'd recommend getting two staws if you're getting one because the paper straws get soggy like a drowned rat and make everything taste of bleached paper. The toilets stan...

I ate here with my three adult daughters and a friend when we couldn't get a table at TGI's across the shopping centre. I paid £7.95 for a single burger in a bun with the usual salad toppings. My 1st daughter paid £17.95 for double...burger (she didn't realise that was the standard), fries and a (bottomless) drink!! (although wasnt given a cup and had to go back and enquire where to get one).
