"Very disappointed! Ordered 7UP but recieved Pepsi, Chips were cold and soggy and the crispy chicken was definitely not crispy, it was pale, bland and looked totally unappealing although I noticed Just Eat describes them as Crispy Chicken whereas the restaurants menu describes them as Flame Chicken but in either case the skin was undercooked and not very appetizing. The waffle wasn't great either as I would have preferred it warm and whilst the topping tasted ok the waffle was just too spongy and it looked thrown together without any care. Nothing I recieved looked like the photos they use and the quality was very poor. Chicken and chips ended up in the bin complete waste of money."

My cousin ordered food from here, and it was awful. Arrived late and quality was poor.

Absolutely terrible. Sent calamari which was quite clearly off! Stunk to high heaven. I am also pregnant which can be very dangerous if I end up with food poisoning I will be holding you accountable.

Last time I order from this place. Refried chips. Poor quality. Missed the cheese out of the chicken burger, even though you pay extra for it. The order arrived 30 mins late. This place does not deserve another pound from me.

Terrible food I received on Sunday evening. Cold cheese on the burger what was like warm with wilted discoloured lettuce in. The “triple cooked chips” I ordered was also soggy and covered in a large amount of salty seasoning what wasn’t bad but it was the sheer amount of seasoning what was the problem the soggy chips literallt turned it into a salty paste and it made it inedible. Very disappointing and I will not be ordering again.

I feel bad writing this review because the staff who served me were extremely polite and friendly. Avoid this place. Its under new management hence why its gone so downhill. I ordered a quarter chicken peri meal. The fries were fine. I asked for garlic sauce but was given mayo which tasted slightly off. Oh goodness me, what can I say about the peri chicken. It was bland, no colour to it and just about cooked. The peri sauce was just brushed on. I have never had such a terribly cooked peri chicken. So disappointed. Just the look of it put me off. I took it home and put it in the oven to brown it but didnt really work. It was tasteless. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

"beautiful and simple and simple. no unnecessary embellishment or complication, so that eating can speak for itself. regarding the dishes, there is not much to distinguish as they were designed, these relatiw classic taste pairings. I took the squid bao and had it as the full meal option that fries with a coleslaw and sweet potato. my only complaining with eating is that the Bao bung, which should be in many respects the star of the show, was a little stale. less like a happy little clouds and more like a good piece of brot. not a catastrophe, but a little more shy. the yuzu eistee I took was delicious. the interior of the restaurant is very relaxed and feels friendly. the personal was nice."

"what a disappointment, never again. well booked in advance for a Saturday evening meal for three and was very excited about it. was in zaza both in bushey and in pinner and had nothing but good experiences, so thought it would be nice. to have a change of landscape in ruislip. how wrong I was. it was shown our table that was right next to the door and in the middle of the entrance, right where someone went to the restaurant that waited for her table, would float and not a suitable room to enjoy a quiet family dinner. I understand that the last years were challenging for restaurants, but even if they want to add some extra seats in less than ideal places, they should at least warn their patrons before they book them. When I asked if we could be moved, I was asked what was wrong with the table and when I pointed out that the unpleasant edification was welcomed by apathie. I asked if we could be changed to one of the many other empty tables in the venue and said that they were all booked, but that we could wait to see if someone was gone I had booked our table week to be clearly offered the worst place in the house and then essentially treated like an inconvenient walkable to ask left an extremely acid taste. I found the personal I spoke to be cold and quite rude. feeling frustrated and unintentional, we decided to take our business elsewhere and received a warm greeting and a beautiful meal on the road on the mamma pink."

"Came here for Sunday lunch and food was good, good choice on the menu and restaurant was clean. Service unfortunately was not up to par, there were only a few other tables in and ordering our starter and main took a little longer than expected considering this. After we’d had our main we asked for the dessert menu. We must have been forgotten about as the young girl serving us never came to take our order for fifteen minutes. In the end we decided to just pay for our bill at the bar and leave. Very disappointed as would have been a regular place for us had the experience been better."

"went to lumbini in uxbridge for the first time last night to the birthday of a friend. I left a cake in before the rest of the party arrived and said we were all back in half an hour. when we came back, the staff had our table dressed with banners and confetti and I was overwhelmed that they had taken it on themselves to go this extra mile to make it so special. eating was amazing that the personal was fantastic and I can't believe that this jewel is sitting on my door in the last few years and I just discovered it. many thanks for the most amazing night. we all see you again very soon x"
