Says it all Truly awful soggy fatty will never go back. Staff were polite so cant fault that. Says a lot about the lack of hygiene

It was okay. Nothing disastrous. The food was what we ordered and had been cooked fresh. Arrived on time. Just had better elsewhere in the area.

they get the orders wrong and missing items they say to the delivery men, and they do nothing to replace the items, as I was a regular customer I expected they also replace missing coks on my next order, but nothing stolen if. I did it to them so I would no longer command them to be kidding me

It's not surprising that this restaurant has such negative reviews. I placed an online order and paid, only to receive an email stating that they didn't have my address. They eventually called back, but then failed to answer when I tried to reach them. Thankfully, I managed to stop the payment with my card. What a disaster!

I am always impressed with the exceptional service every time I visit this restaurant. I cannot fathom why there are skeptics, as the food is incredibly fresh, delicious, and satisfying. Ordered flamingo special kebab and hot wings. Wings were lovely. Kebab was nice however the doner meat was so thin it was almost see through, the Adana kebabs were very good. Love that their investing in the place with the refurb, could easily be the...best kebab place in town, if only they were a bit more generous with the meat!! Also like how the kebab is served in naan bread. Delivery was quick and on time, would order again despite the doner meat being what it was.

I typically try to find the positive in every situation, but this experience was extremely disappointing. The food took a long time to arrive without any apology, and the milkshake machine was out of order. Rather than replacing the item or reaching out to me beforehand, they simply refunded me in cash. The food was cold and soggy, and I was worried about the cleanliness and safety, especially during this pandemic. It was a waste of money and I was very let down. The food was so bad that I couldn't even eat it. I'm sorry to say, but it was a very unsatisfactory experience.

Went to place and order online but the website is very limited. Wouldn't not let me add a sauce to my kebab that sort of thing so I called instead. only to be told they don't deliver to my postcode. I said that's fine but...just to let you know when I enter my postcode on the website, it accepts it and lets me order. He basically said I was lying and he had worked there for 3 years and that it doesn't. Well I went all the way through tp payment stage and it definitely does but not even going to waste my money there after being spoken to like that.
