Flip Out Basingstoke

We came to flip out for the first time today and it was lots of fun. Best but was the climbing wall challenge. So much fun!

Booked the awesome party package for our daughters 10th birthday and we werent disappointed. The children all had a wonderful time, but what made it extra special was our kind party hostess Casey-Leigh. She was wonderful with all of the children.

If your idea of a great day out is sitting in a darkened cellar surrounded by hundreds of screaming children on trampolines then this is just the place for you. Mind you, it was fantastic for the kids who enjoyed it immensely and couldn't wait to return.

We decided it would be quicker to book online, as it allegedly saves time. We booked for 11am and finally got into the arena at 11.30am. As you can probably imagine, waiting for 30 minutes with children is not fun. The venue itself seems pretty good, but please sort out your queuing system!!

I absolutely hate sitting at Flip Out whilst the kids are there but it is not for me, hence rating it 5 and not 1!!! They really love it, way more than other trampoline places, mainly because it has the “soft play” type area. They hardly go on the actual trampolines which is a shame as that is what we go for and pay for. But rating it for their enjoyment it is a definite 5 out of 5!!

holly was a big party hosting and from the moment we arrived, led us (and a poor of excited children) through to our party room, helped them all ready for their play session and once finished assembled and accompanied all back into the room for food and cake. very pleased with their help and professionalism of their and other staff. Many thanks for making the party of our sohnes really good!

last week my 4yr and husband visited for a stay and a play session. it was £8, which was great on price but then charged more £7.50 for socks! wow, I didn't expect that and I wish it said on the website because we had not visited. we were in the opposite only the morning and do not live in the spot and waited to kill some time. my son loved it, but as others said in their reviews, much of it was closed without signing. we all jumped in the foam pit and were told about it. Why is that closed? closing and repairing some of the trampoline. all in all we had a nice time, it was clean and really quiet, but the feeling, there are no last for small children.

Sat in the cafe area of Flip out having waited 20 mins for a seat to be freed up. 40 mins ago I ordered two children’s hot dogs and chips for my daughter and her friend and I’m still waiting. Checked on the progress 20 mins ago to be told it was just coming. Now as far as I’m aware the hot dog rolls would be already baked ? The chips would be cut and just require deep frying and the hot dog sausages are just requiring a two minute heat in boiling water? So should it require 40 mins? The girls session has now ended on the trampolines and have been sat down for 26 minutes which is proving hard to keep them occupied. The getting into the place proves to be equally lengthy as it took 30 minutes...

Booked a party of ten last minute. Turned up, filled in the waivers, got some socks, had a briefing and off the kids went. After reading the reviews I very nearly cancelled, glad we didn’t as everyone enjoyed themselves. I’m not sure what planet some of these bad reviewers live on. Just a couple of points, yes there maybe queues and it maybe hectic, that’s what happens when people bring dozens of kids who aren’t their own out for the day. Yes the watered down squash isn’t great, it’s squash it’s meant to be watered down, if it’s too weak ask them to put more concentrate in, it’s utilitarian, it does the job. Yes it’s busy, I bet it’s even busier when it’s cold and wet and parents are trying...
