"The drinks menu offered plenty of options, including decent wines and a selection of beers and cocktails. The service was friendly, attentive, and efficient, even with the restaurant fully booked on a Friday night—kudos to the staff. We even spoke with one of the team members who explained their concept of lighter curries, designed to energize rather than make you feel stuffed. They really hit the mark with that philosophy. The atmosphere was vibrant, filled with a diverse and relaxed crowd all enjoying their meals and conversations. I highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely return the next time I’m in Leeds—no question about it!"

"This independent restaurant is truly fantastic. The food and service were both outstanding. The starters were exceptionally delicious. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos of the main course and dessert. The fact that it is 100% gluten-free is the icing on the cake. People with celiac disease have very few reliable places to dine, so this restaurant is a gem."

The outdoor seating area is nice, equipped with heat lamps (note that the terrace closes at 9:00 PM), and the indoor space is spacious and stylish. If it were located in Leeds City Centre, I’m sure it would be bustling with customers. Parking is convenient, seating is easy to find, and the restaurant is situated on a pleasant street. However, I do have a few suggestions for the owners: First, choose a clear identity—either a pub or a restaurant. In my opinion, given its location, it would excel as a bar/pub. You have the space, so consider adding a pool table and offering attractive drink deals to draw in customers. Advertise more effectively; put up posters and enhance your online presence. While the restaurant has potential, I struggled to find any information about it—no reviews, no proper website, and even the posted opening hours were incorrect. If you're looking to generate buzz, consider giving out a free side dish in exchange for reviews. Whatever it takes to get the word out! "Definitely best lunch my wife and I have ever had. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the decor was directly from a Parisian bistro. Now to the food. We shared 6 x Tempura king prawns for nibbles which were perfect. I had frogs legs for starters with a delicious warm salad. Duck and brandy parfait to start was loved by my wife. Main for me was halibut with clams and seafood chowder , every mouthful superb. The misses went for her favourite, Moules Mariniere and thought it delightful. We had to have desserts. Wifey went for iced white chocolate parfait with honeycomb, I chose apple tart which as you should know by now were both delicious."
