"my experience in fonduq el pilar was excellent. the service was very good and friendly, on request was found an alternative for some of the participants quickly. the dishes were surprising, tasty and from the ordinary. really something else, they can see that the cook has a lot of thought in it. definitiw top class in calatayud. I would recommend to everyone to pay fonduq a visit!"

"Comer en éste restaurante, ha sido la guinda del pastel a un final de viaje extraordinario. Hemos quedado maravillados con la calidad del producto, la presentación de los platos y la abundancia de los mismos. En referencia al servicio, ha sido cercano y amable, que te hacía sentir como en casa, muy atentos en todo lo que hemos necesitado. Calidad precio, vale lo que cuesta, productos de primera calidad y abundancia en los platos. Ha sido todo un descubrimiento y por supuesto volveremos. Totalmente recomendado."

"We ate here after reading TripAdvisor reviews, Good priced Menu Del Dia in the evening, but some dishes could have been a lot better. for example, more than 4 tiny (so tiny I couldn't find them) bits of chicken in the Cesar type salad. Had to pay extra for the slow roast lamb, which was delicious, not really very much else to write home about, glad we were there when it was quiet."

"El lugar en si es agradable, buen ambiente y acogedor, se ve que hay variedad en la carta. En mi experiencia no me fue agradable una brochetas que pedí, estaban crudas a pesar de que se les pidió volverla a pasar un poco más para que estén cocidas del todo. Además si saben que hay muchas gente los fines de semana en la posada deberían contratar más gente para atender. No lo veo acertado que 2 personas atiendan a tanta gente. Es resumen esperaba más respecto a la comida (no creo que los comentarios sobrevaloren ello, quizás tuve mala suerte en ese momento y lugar), dado que llegué al lugar por los buenos comentarios hacia la posada y me quede con las ganas."

"the place has little facade, though curious, they have an old motorcycle on the door. It has few tables on the inside although there are enough on the terrace, we dine inside because it just rained. In the bar there were tapas of all classes, so much that it took us to decide, I can say they were delicious. I recommend that you pass by"
