"We had a wonderful New Year's Eve evening that began at Frankie & Benny's. Our server was attentive and our drinks were great. I enjoyed a couple of delicious espresso martinis, while my partner opted for a classic beer. The only hiccup was that the margarita pizza we ordered with chicken initially came without the chicken. By the time it was corrected, I had already finished my burger. However, the burger was satisfying and fortunately, the pizza was tasty enough to not make a big issue out of it. We will definitely return as we received a discount through the app, making it a worthwhile visit. We look forward to using this discount for future visits."

Only two staff members were working on the floor and one was behind the bar due to a shortage of staff. Despite being busy, they worked tirelessly and managed the situation very well. They were a valuable asset to the business.

I went to the restaurant located conveniently at Cineworld after a movie. The cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere were immediately apparent, and it was not overcrowded at the time. The service was excellent, with fast and accurate food delivery. I would highly recommend it!

I went after going out to the cinema as it was conveniently adjacent to cineworld. The ambience cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere was evident and it was not overcrowded at the time. The service and quality of food was excellent and very quick and accurate. Great value for money. Definitely worth recommending!

The service at this restaurant was outstanding, with all the staff being polite and attentive. However, I was disappointed by the food. I ordered the chili burger, which came with just a few chips and a small amount of mayonnaise. There was no salad, dressing, or any extras. And the price was over £10! Having recently visited America, the meal here was a letdown in comparison. While the staff were wonderful, I will reconsider before returning.

we had a great night for nye that started at frankie benny’s. our waiter was attentive, our drinks were great. I had an espresso martini (or two, cheeky,) who were beautiful, and my partner stayed with a good old fashion beer. the only problem was when we ordered a margarita pizza with huh, it came without hawn. I had finished my burger. the burger was very full, and for the luck the pizza was delicious, so it did not make too much of a problem. I would visit definitiw again, the app gave us discount, which made it worthwhile, and we will continue to use this for future visits.
