"Terrible experience. The only positive was how quickly the food arrived. Everything else was disappointing. First, the waiter brought us a dirty glass. The starters were decent, but my main course had a fly on the tomatoes. There was no apology; my plate was just taken away without a word. For dessert, I ordered the apple cake, which turned out to be very soggy. Once again, it was taken away quickly without any explanation, and I wasn't asked if I wanted anything else or if it should be replaced. I ended up canceling the apple cake and requested the bill. No apologies were offered at any point! Overall, poor service and bad food."

While many fried foods can be delicious, I don’t believe that all American and Italian dishes need to be deep-fried, which makes me a bit less enthusiastic about this place. I had breakfast there yesterday, and they offer a fantastic selection of options, all priced at £5.95. My vegetarian breakfast was both delicious and affordable. However, the service was quite slow. There was just one person working, and the restaurant was half full, so I really felt for him.
