When we went in and I said I've booked a table for 3 at 6.30pm, the waitress said couldn't find my booking, but luckily we still managed to got a table. I would like to know why me booking not gone through to Frankie Benny? I don't think I will use your service again in future!!

The food was bland and looked messy. Starters were nice but nothing special. The main (chicken pitta) had about 2 lettuce leaves stuffed into the bottom of the pitta. The hunters chicken was very small and tasteless. Disappointed. Only good thing was our waitress who was lovely.
