"Decided to try The Slamwich Club after hearing good reviews from friends and families who had been and liking the look of the Festive Menu. Absolutely blown away by the quality of the food, the friendly and attentive staff and the set up of the restaurant. We had the Brisket and Stout and Spice Up Ya Christmas with a side of Ho Ho Ho Hogs. We split the sandwiches half and half and loved both but the Spice Up Ya Christmas Sandwich we both agreed was something special! The gravy was incredible too. A welcome suprise was the value! Considering we had beers, two mains, a side and a coffee afterwards it was cheaper than getting a couple of cocktails each at the venue we went to afterwards! Will definitely return, and will definitely be recommending to all our Friends and Family."

"couldnt resist, been shopping in Hanley area, nip down into Shelton to test out the report on Hawasana; we walked into a lovely friendly environment where the food on other tables was like a magical feast. We went for the mixed kebab starter which set the scene superbly, not a small portion and well worth the wait to be cooked fresh. The jewel in the crown for us was the Lamb Karahi, it takes 45 minutes to get the blend of spices cooked off and is served with a salad and a naan that took up nearly half of the double table well worth the wait. The Lamb, still on the bone where it hadnt dropped off was so succulent to be delish and so well cooked, my wife couldnt resist dipping the naan back into the sauce until she could eat no more. The naan was probably the best I have tasted around the world but come back to the Karahi which reminded me of a Gurkha Baht, bone in and albeit generally goat. We did some damage to that, swilled down with a couple of cans of chilled lemonade and fruity drink. Well worth a visit, great value and we cant wait to go back."

"We decided to try Monsoon after hearing so many positive reviews, and it certainly lives up to the praise in every way. The ambiance is warm and inviting, striking a perfect balance between vibrant and intimate. The service was impeccable; the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. However, the star of the evening was the food. Having dined at numerous curry restaurants, we can confidently say that Monsoon is now our favorite. The flavors were exceptional, and everything was served hot, with all dishes arriving at the same time. We highly recommend Monsoon—it truly is a magnificent dining experience. Though we’re from Essex, we can’t wait to return for another meal soon. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful culinary experience! Parking is available outside the restaurant or in the nearby streets."

"I recently dined at Team Tyrone, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The price per person ranges from £30 to £40, which I found to be quite reasonable given the quality of the meal. The food was rated 4 out of 5; everything we ordered was satisfying, but the standout dish for me was definitely the fries. They were perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of seasoning. The service was exceptional, earning a 5 out of 5 rating. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. As for the atmosphere, I'd give it a 4 out of 5. The ambiance was inviting and comfortable, making it a nice place to enjoy a meal. Overall, I highly recommend Team Tyrone, especially if you're in the mood for some delicious fries!"

"I visited Chicino's recently to celebrate a friend's birthday. This was our first visit and I was really impressed with the food, service and atmosphere. We did not pre book but there was ample seating available when we arrived. The menus were already on the tables and were easy to understand with a wide variety of options available including pastas, burgers, wraps, steaks, etc. Our order was taken at the table although I am unsure whether this is a measure which has been put into place as a result of covid. Drinks were taken at the same time and we were asked whether we would like them now or with our food. The meals arrived not long after we placed the order and were freshly prepared. I ordered a sizzler burger meal which was a coated chicken fillet with mayo on a bun with a side of salad and chips which could be swapped for rice. The meal that I had was plentiful and so were the meals that my friends ordered. Desserts were available, but as the meal was so filling, I did not have one. My friends enjoyed their cookie dough. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed my evening at Chicino's. Staff were very friendly and the prices offered great value for money. Cheaper and nicer than well known competitors."
