"After a long day of traveling, I was hit with a terrible migraine, and since there was no food available at the hotel, I decided to venture out to eat. It was pouring rain, and I felt very fragile but also hungry. When I arrived, there were some tables inside, so I explained my situation and asked to be seated in a quieter area. Instead, I was directed to a table in the middle of the restaurant, right next to some loud children and under a loudspeaker. When I inquired about a quieter table, I was told the only option was to sit outside in the pouring rain, not even under any cover. After speaking with others at the hotel, I learned that the man at the door is known for being rude. I have no intention of dining at Frankie and Benny's again."

I also wanted the Mediterranean salad with beef, but when it arrived, it turned out to be just half a salad with some beef on the side, which I expressed to the waitress. We had to make an effort to flag down someone for our next orders. We were seated right behind the service area, which made us feel like we were in the way. On the upside, our waitress was new but very helpful, and we appreciated the 40% discount we received.
