"I had a great dining experience with delicious food and attentive service. However, I encountered an issue with my reservation. Despite indicating that I needed a wheelchair-accessible table—a request I confirmed via the confirmation email—there was no record of it when I arrived. This oversight was particularly disappointing, especially given that it was a busy Valentine's Day and I had made the reservation well in advance. As a result, my wife had to sit at the end of a bench-style table, which wasn't very comfortable. It's frustrating to fill out a special request, receive confirmation, and then see it not fulfilled. Additionally, the music was quite loud, making it difficult for us to hear each other even while sitting close together."

I frequently visit this restaurant with my grandson for a meal before rugby games. It's very child-friendly, and the menu caters well to kids. The waitstaff is incredibly nice and welcoming. There’s a great variety on the menu, allowing children to mix and match options to create their own meals if they prefer not to order from the set menu. Even when the restaurant is busy, we never feel rushed. Overall, a great experience!

I frequently stop by this restaurant with my grandson for a meal before rugby games. They are very accommodating for children, and the menu offers plenty of options for younger diners. The waitstaff are consistently pleasant and welcoming. The menu features a nice variety of dishes, allowing you to choose different items to create your own meal instead of opting for a set menu. Even when they’re busy, I never feel rushed. Overall, it’s great value for the price.

"A lovely little restaurant, nice seating, spaced tables. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. Our party of 4 were quickly seated at our pre-booked table. Our drinks order taken and served while we studied our menus. Each course is cooked to order so a slight delay is in order. As the restaurant was busy, it was noticeable that the delay between courses was minimal. When the food arrived it was beautifully cooked and presented. Each dish was tasty and the portion sizes very good. From starter through to coffee, which was excellent the service was faultless. Truffle has a wine list but you may take your own selection without having to pay corkage. I highly recommend this restaurant ,but, to avoid disappointment pre booking is advised. "I have been wanting to visit here for ages but the stars have never aligned until Saturday. We were extremely lucky to get a walk in for the two of us. We were greeted by the owner and shown to a table. As we didn't have any drinks with us Peter suggested Tesco a few doors down and I was able to grab a bottle to enjoy with the meal. The service was wonderful and friendly and it felt like we had been going there for years, with just the right amount of care and advice. The food was exceptional from start to finish. We had the chicken satay and spring rolls to start and they were beautiful. The satay was amazing and was much darker in colour than any I have had before, but much better in flavour than any I have had before, I would definitely have these again. For main I had a chicken rendang and my wife ordered gule monkfish. The rendang was again perfect for my tastes. Spicy but flavourful with a generous portion that would satisfy the majority of eaters. I would have had seconds, even though I was stuffed because it was so good. I can't comment too much on the monkfish as I have a dislike of seafood, but my wife raved about it and said she's having the same again next time without question. So I think that sums it up. We finished with deserts of a rice pudding dish I think was called bubar, which was black rice and coconut, and the second dish we ordered was a Banana coconut pancake to which I forget the name. Again I couldn't find fault if I tried another 10 out of 10. At the end of the meal we met owner and chef Ami, who came to chat. It was lovely speaking to the owners and their passion for the food and customer service was clear. We cannot wait until our next visit"

"in this week I ordered a buffet dinner for a meilenstein family birthday, all arranged online and by phone. dilly’s Kitchen/Busy bees were the only company I found locally that would supply the type of food that would be appropriate for the occasion. her menu offered a series of choices, cheap, the delivery was on time, and the reports from all guests were most free about eating fresh, tasty and plentiful. the personal I spoke with and went by email was very helpful, committed and reacted immediately.
