Frankie Benny's New York Italian Restaurant Bar Watford

It is a lovely place and the service as excellent, shame the chef decided to add red hot sauce to each of our different meals, which ruined our meals really, we didn't say anything, but don't think we will return.

Been visiting this Frankie Bennys for many years The present management and all the staff team are excellent and give amazing service. Food is always great and cooked to liking. Fabulous ambiance here and very relaxed feeling. Would definately recommend

The table was sticky and the food arrived within minutes of being ordered, as expected it was bland and disappointing. My child didn't eat his Mac and cheese and my miniature pizza wasn't much better. This really was a waste of money even with the 30% cinema discount.

AMAZING! Hadn’t been to a Frankie Bennys in a long time and was surprised by the high level of service from our lovely waiter Bashkin and the quality of the food. The pasta dish was so yummy and the cocktails were amazing. Will definitely be making more regular visits!

Excellent place and service! Our waiter Adrian was attentive and our food was lovely. The service was great and the team are a very friendly bunch. This is our nearest Frankie Benny's as our local one in Uxbridge has been closed and it was well worth travelling the distance! Highly recommend! Thank you

The place is a mess. Not just the way it looks but also the organisation. Two children’s meals were ordered but it would seem that the poor understanding of English by the waiter resulting in one of the meals being delivered completely incorrect. It was re-ordered from the kitchen but took another 15 minutes to arrive. That is an awfully long time to flash a tiny pizza. Service generally was awful. Tables were left uncleared for the whole 45 minutes that we were present, and yet there were guests queuing to be seated. It was not a pleasant sensation and it perfectly illustrates why this chain is in such a suicidal decline in revenue and guest numbers. We won’t return.

Its been a long long time since going to one of these restaurants, but a film booking next door and this being the only restaurant close to the cinema made this an obvious choice. Given the variability of experiences posted, I was slightly nervous, but in the ned was pleasantly surprised. Good tasty food, served by friendly and efficient staff. I told them when we arrived that we had a cinema booking and they were prompt without rushing us. So yesterday after a movie, we decided to visit Frankie’s and Benny’s as I had 30% off because of the cinema tickets. It was okay, but I wouldn’t go back in a hurry and here’s why. Firstly, the food was it a way too noisy at the back when we first walked into the diner. Secondly, the food wasn’t bad, and there was lots of vegan options which was good. The Ultimate Mac N Cheese wasn’t bad, but I’ve tasted so much better in other restaurants. Finally, had to ask for water three times from three different waiters, which was a bit ridiculous, but got there in the end. Overall the experience was good, and it’s good to visit there once in a while, but to be honest, it’s not a place to where I woul...
