Frankie Benny's Preston Deepdale

Called in for breakfast with friends and was warmly greeted by Mike who looked after us very well throughout our visit visitvisit.Tbreakfast

We just visited Frankie and Benny’s today and had the meat feast sharing platter starter. It was the perfect size for lunch and we had a lovely waiter called Cameron who was very attentive.

From the moment we sat down Scott greeted us with the widest smiles and a burst of enthusiasm. Keep up the good work..you're an assert to Frankie and Benny's.We enjoyed our food, our surroundings and the service.

We were seated by Steven, who took our drink orders and then our server, a young girl named Emily or Emma (we're not quite sure), who was very enthusiastic. The food was fantastic and affordable, especially when using the Frankie and Benny's app for discounts.

The waitress, who I believe was named Jade, was lovely. Our only issue was with the portion size of the food, which was very small. My partner had to go to McDonald's to get another burger because his meal was even smaller than our daughter's child-sized meal. The toilets were clean and well-maintained.

great experience! steven took us on our table and was very pleasant, he also asked if one of us had an allergy that I have never been asked and think is very good to do. we were served by cameron who was creepy and very efficient. eat cake quickly and was really good. my toblerone cheesecake was the highlight for me at the end of the night it was soouo delicious! will come again.

I came into your deepdale restaurant on Monday with my family. Myself and my daughter have a dairy allergy and my wife is trying to go vegan for January. I was very pleased to see the vegan menu provided to us with a wide range...of choices! It was perfect for myself my daughter and my wife. The mushroom ravioli was delicious and my daughter had a great time as she always does at frankies!

This is my second time writing a review for Deepdale Frankie and Benny’s. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming, particularly Joe who took our orders and looked after us throughout the duration of our stay. He was extremely helpful in giving us suggestions...of what to have, and catered to all of our requirements. Our food was served quickly and was delicious! Joe checked up that all of our food was good which we appreciated. He is a credit to the team at Deepdale Frankie and Benny’s and we definitely will be returning because of his great service.

Today, we visited the restaurant for my son's 11th birthday celebration with his friends. We ordered our main dishes and milkshakes from the menu. We wanted to order dessert, but we only had 25 minutes before we had to leave for laser tag. We inquired with the server if we would have enough time, and she assured us that we would. We decided to order 4 desserts. Unfortunately, only 2 desserts arrived after 5 minutes, while the other 2, including the one for my son's birthday, arrived just as we needed to leave. This 20-minute delay in serving the desserts caused my son to be upset as we had to rush through his birthday dessert. As a result, we were late for laser tag and missed a game. When I...
