"This was my third visit to this restaurant, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The food was cold, so I had to send it back, and my husband's fish and chips were subpar as well—he only received 14 chips! I had made a reservation through the app, but the staff didn’t seem to notice, even though I mentioned it twice to different employees. We were left at a table and had to flag down a passing waitress to take our order. Overall, the service was poor and the food was disappointing. I'm really let down by this experience."

This will be my last visit to this restaurant. The food was cold; I had to send my fish and chips back because they were subpar, and I could only count 14 chips on the plate. Despite booking through the app and mentioning the reservation twice, the staff didn't seem to know about it. We were left sitting at a table for a while and eventually had to ask a passing waitress to take our order. The service was poor, and overall, I was really disappointed with my experience.

"My wife and I visited for the valentine's Sunday roast course meal, we have ordered online delivery on a few occasions so it nice to actually go into the restaurant. We were met by really nice young waiter who was very attentive and pleasant....We both opted for the beetroot hummus starter which was so tasty, probably one of the best we've had. Then we had the nut-less roast which was so tasty and filling. We couldn't fit our afters in as we were full up, so we kindly asked the waitress to box it up to take home in which she kindly obliged. I had the passion cake and my wife had the brownie. We enjoyed them also. We can't wait to visit again soon."

"What a let down this place is. First off the place looks nice, Unfortunately that's the only positive thing I can say! The lady manager was talking to some of her friends 4 tables down from us and was as loud as if she and her friends was next to us, bad language for other customer's to listen to is not professional. Didn't fancy a steak so I had a burger, As you can see from the pictures these burgers are cheap frozen Costco burgers, you'd expect better from a steak grill place. Overall we was very disappointed, poor professionalism from the lady manager. Poor food. I paid in full."

"I called in late last night after a few winners in haydock night races, the wife and i were looking forward to a Turkish kebab meal,we usually go to anar on east prescot but we decided we'd go here driving past ,we got the full house mixed kebab ,it come out with a weird flame in a bowl which I didn't understand what it was for ,the meat wasn't cooked on a char grilled grill in my opinion, obviously you can't see them cooking it like the Turkish restaurant's I've been to but didn't taste smokey,got peppers on it weren't char grilled, hard pita package bread rice was seasoned basmati rice,so disappointed when I walked out they need in my opinion to go go anar or elif and see how it's done ,reviews are great but I can't understand them maybe it was because we were late going in,but it wouldn't go again"

"Staff were fantastic,food was great at a reasonable price,plenty of room on the table loved the booths,I noticed some sort of fifa game for the kids and they seemed to love it! Nothing was too much trouble for anyone,would highly recommend a visit to friends and family if they’re going to Liverpool,the whole venue was very clean and loved the fact that we’re free sanitary products for women in the toilets. Will definitely visit again"
