"the new vegan menu is wonderful! pizzas, soupen, hot dogs, burger, mac n cheese, garlic bread pizza, vegan mayo, ice...so much choice! really recommend the kansas city pizza the mac no cheese (cauliflower butternut squash sauce) is quite a small part, so it would be as one side to another dish, but not alone. update feb 2021: the beet burger with fried aubergine is amazing! oreo cake was also delicious. it tasted as if it had been made with whipped cream."

I was often with my family. very good quality eating. very attractive and friendly staff. faster service. they always leave the feeling full and satisfied. not the cheapest place around, but they get what they pay.

The restaurant was understaffed, and the main issue was with the service. Unfortunately, the chef struggles to cook a decent burger. It's best to avoid ordering a burger as they appear dry and lack flavor. The burgers are disappointingly dry and tasteless.

very child-friendly on a Sunday afternoon afternoon, definitely wouldn't recommend for couples / older diners at this time! eating was average and I think the waiting staff was a little overwhelmed, but very polite. some items not available from the Dessert menu, did not go well with our six year old. ups! I have visited this restaurant numerous times with my family. The food is of excellent quality and always delicious. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, providing quick service. I always leave feeling fully satisfied. While it may not be the most affordable option, the quality of the food is worth the price.

This restaurant is great for families with children on a Sunday afternoon, but I would not recommend it for couples or older diners during that time. The food was just okay and the wait staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, but they were very polite. Unfortunately, some items from the dessert menu were not available, which disappointed our six-year old. Oops!

"Wow, what an amazing place for gluten-free food! This fish and chip shop is incredible, with exceptional customer service. My friend and I took our children to Drayton Manor last Saturday, and ended up staying later than planned. On our way home, we needed to find something to eat for both the kids and us, but since we are both gluten-free (coeliac), we knew it would be a challenge. I decided to search before leaving the park and found Oceans in Tamworth. It was only 8 minutes away and on the way to Nottingham, so we decided to give it a try. Despite getting a bit lost, we eventually found Oceans in a small shopping area and parked our car. When I asked if they still made gluten-free food, I was surprised by the owner's enthusiastic response. He was incredibly helpful and showed us their wide range of gluten-free options, as they had been making gluten-free food for 18 years. He provided me with a menu that included not only fish and chips, but also other delicious items like gravy, onion rings, lemon pepper fish, etc. He also showed me how they keep all gluten-free ingredients separate and clearly marked in the kitchen. While waiting for our order to be freshly cooked, he even gave us a sample of chips and gravy to try. The food was incredibly delicious, and it was the first time I had enjoyed fish and chips in 10 years! He also treated us to a taste of the delicious lemon pepper cod. As coeliacs, my friend and I also received a free bottle of gluten-free chip vinegar. I ordered a large cod and chips with gravy (which was so good that I wished I had just ordered that instead), and got a child's portion for my son."

"Terrible fish and chip shop. I understand the cost of living, but charging more money for less food is not acceptable. I ordered a large mixed meat and chips, but requested only donner meat and tikka, a sausage, and curry sauce. Unfortunately, the chips were extremely dry with no salt or vinegar. The donner meat was very thin, the tikka was bland, and the sausage was tasteless. The curry sauce, which cost £1.95, was disappointingly small. Despite spending £15 including delivery (so around £12 for the actual food), I could have gotten more value for my money at other fish and chip shops. After seeing another negative review from a month ago, I am dreading the effects of my meal tonight. This was my first and last time trying this place."

"Totally forgot to take pictures of the food we had brought because it was that good we ate it so quick !!! I was diagnosed coeliac last August and have been struggling with the GF diet, most of the foods I 've tried aren 't nice at all. Someone told me about Belgrave Chip Shop last week and having a full size GF menu, so I had to try it!! Well, we wasn 't disappointed at all when I say we, its because my husband who can eat anything off the menu, was tucking into my GF fish bites and GF chips. They were that good, he said he would have them over the normal menu We live the other side of Tamworth to Belgrave but will definitely, 100%, be making the trip when we fancy a 'chippy tea '. Thank you so much for making the effort to do GF, it makes the world of difference to people like me, x I 'll be sure to post this on the GF support pages I 'm following too, along with a picture of your menu"

"During our journey on a narrowboat through Fazeley Junction, we decided to get some takeaway from Kudos. We were quite satisfied with the chicken tikka balti we ordered - it was reasonably priced, delicious, and had generous portions of meat. The garlic naan, while not as strong in garlic flavor as other places, was still enjoyable. In comparison to a previous takeaway we had from a nearby restaurant, Kudos was much better in value and taste. We will definitely opt for Kudos for our next curry when we are in the area."
