If you like beef stroganoff then don't order from here..worst dish i've ever tried to eat..please take it off the menu

Used to be a lovely wee (actually pretty big) place to go for a meal but in recent times it has sorely gone downhill, used to be a regular but now we find ourselves going further away for the service we used to get right on our doorstep.

We just had our first delivery from Fratelli and it won't be our last!! Hands down the BEST takeaway we've ever had. Food was so tasty, fresh and pipping hot, and the delivery driver was so friendly as well. Can't wait for the restaurant to reopen

Update from my previous review, , This place has totally gone downhill ,overcooked pasta , dry chicken (was lime eating old string ,ordered a penne 4 cheese ,got mush with a split sauce , all topped off with burnt garlic bread . Had eaten here many times and had a few functions . Never again save your money folks and go to a place with big golden arches . Visualizza piatti

I have never experienced such lovely customer service in my life as i did from the management of this restaurant today. I'm overwhelmed. There was a slight mix up and when i advised the staff they went above and beyond to not only rectify the issue but showed such empathy and kindness. The food is fantastic however in addition to this after speaking to such a lovely gentleman i would love to recommend the staff. This man was an absolutely amazing good soul. Not just the food. The food was amazing but the actual customer service was top class. I will be ordering in future from this restuarant and thank you for resolving such a small mix up. Amanda Mc x

Waited 1 hour 45 mins for delivery pizza. Arrived cold and soggy chips... Ridiculous. Sent message to restaurant who told me someone would phone following day. I waited for a call noone phoned. I had to msg again the following day and was told the manager would call. I received an apology from manager and offered 50% off next order.... I would have expected a refund however they refused and their attitude was stinking. They clearly think its acceptable to send out cold/soggy food to customers. I will never be back. Gave them a chance to rectify and they never took it. Dont waste your money everyone. There are many better places to go for Italian warm food with good customer service.

I’ve never eaten in the restaurant but I will certainly do so in the near future having been impressed more than once with their takeaway/home delivery service (via Uber Eats/Just Eat). First of all, it’s nice to get a proper meal cooked and delivered instead of your standard Turkish/Indian/Chinese options etc. Secondly, the delivery is absolutely rapid Fratellis don’t mess about! Lastly most importantly, the food has been sooo good. The Pollo Funghi I’ve ordered a couple times. It comes in a big square foil tray 3 big bits of chicken breast in a lovely, creamy sauce with plenty of sliced mushrooms, a handful of chunky chips, a couple of boiled potatoes and some spinach and broccoli.
