sehr entspanntes personal, pizza war absolut in ordnung und ging auch recht zügig. die haben aber einfach angefangen zu wischen als ich im geschäft war und mich deshalb kurz nach draußen gestellt haha edit: wieder vor ort, die pizza wurde zwar zubereitet, aber vergessen uns zu geben nach eigenständiger nachfrage haben wir die pizza bekommen, die inzwischen schon abgekühlt war Visualizza piatti

I ordered 2 pizzas in the old town branch at 21.30. It was delivered over 1 hour later than the specified time. Secondly, no cash bonus (paper was all), so I had to pay extra cash. Around midnight, I was called by FreddyFresch and I was told that I paid twice and supplier will bring back too much paid money. It took an hour to get my money back. It was a restless night (P.S. I was in the hospital)

Das war die Dritte und definitiv letzte Bestellung bei Freddy Fresh Dresden Altstadt! Anspruch und Realität klaffen sehr weit auseinander! Leute bestellt besser bei Freddy Fresh in Radebeul da wird man nicht so verarscht wie in DD Johannstadt. Denn da werden die Pizzen liebevoll gemacht und sehen tatsächlich aus wie im Prospekt!
