"Went here on lunch break and was dissapontied in the quality of food and the service. I ordered a burrito with chicken, and chips and salsa. The person behind the counter told me in a very pretentious and condescending tone that salsa simply means sauce in Spanish. Thanks for the language lesson. The burrito had lettuce that was wilted, the tomatoes were old and mushy and the chicken was bland and cold. What a joke. I told the person behind the counter and they got defensive, telling me these were the freshest ingredients. After my colleagues and I decided not to eat the rest of our meal, I reached into my briefcase to take out my bottle of water to take my daily heart medication, when the same person from the counter yelled at me to put the water away as it was not bought in store. I couldn't even take my medicine, so we got up and left. Living in Vienna, we never expect customer service anywhere, but poor quality ingredients combined with outright hostility is a terrible combination for any business to have. Please, rethink your decision to go here. I am honestly fathomed as to how they are in business to begin with."

I love this place and try to stop every time I am in. I have read in other reviews that people have found American owners a bit rude? I think.

Habe heute über toogoodtogo um 2x5€ 2 burritos mit tortillia chips bekommen war ausgezeichnet! Um den regulären preis wäre es mir zu teuer, um 5€ ein tolles schnäppchen! Die mitarbeiterin war auch sehr freundlich

Für mich ist es noch immer und seit Jahren der besten Burrito in Wien. Habe alle anderen Läden probiert, aber an den von Fresco kommt einfach keiner. In anderen Kommentaren wird von der Unfreundlichkeit des Personal gesprochen. Das wäre mir bis jetzt noch nie aufgefallen.

Recently went to dinner after a long day of tesching and this place really went home for me (coming from California) good Mexican cuisine is not easy to find. Ich bin unregelmäßiger Kunde seit 2009 und kann die teilweise unverschämt harte Kritik nicht nachvollziehen. Das Essen ist handgemacht (sogar die Tortilla Chips) und das Fleisch sowie Gemüse von einer durchwegs sehr guten Qualität. Wenn ich das Konzept richtig verstanden habe, ist fast alles Bio. Ich selbst bin Unternehmer und sehe auch nicht ein dass man als Gastronom, Sklave von frechen Rotzlöffeln sein soll, die ihre Burger vom Nachbar Lokal verspeisen wollen oder stundenlang Leitungswasser trinken wollen und Internetsurfen - die würd ich auch vor die Tür setzen. Das erste was mir aufgefallen war, ist das Zeichen dass keine Hunde erlaubt sind, in vgl. zum zB. Max & Benito Laden wo man mit Hunden reingehen kann+ Das Lokal sieht nett aus und mann kann zusehen wie alles zubereitet wird.+ Die Guacamole und "Pico de gallo" Sauce hat gut geschmeckt !- Das fleisch (verschiedene Sorten) hat nach nix geschmeckt- Die Bohnen hatten auch keinen Geschmack gehabt- Keine Hunde erlaubt :(- Sehr unfreundliches Personal (obwohl nur 2 Kunden im Lokal waren)- Der Chef Selber war um eine Stufe unfreundlicher!- überteuerte Preise für die Qualität.- sehr sparsam mit den Servietten.
