Located in the heart of Metz, a stone's throw from Place Saint-Louis, this restaurant benefits from an ideal location. It welcomes you in a warm atmosphere, enhanced by a very pleasant Asian decoration. The waitress was very friendly, and the sushi was simply delicious. Another asset: the music playing, which I particularly appreciated. If you are a sushi lover, I highly recommend this restaurant

Out of simplicity can come excellence, and the food at FUKUSHIMA is a case in point. The fish was top quality, great variety. Fun to watch the master's knife work. The waitress was very friendly attentive and always making sure that everything was good. I choice the menu SP2. I was actually looking for another japanese restaurant but I found the bussiness closed, so I turned back for 100m. The first impression: very crowded, lots of families with children and, above all, most of them were locals. The stuff was very friendly, my order was ready in less than 10 minutes (and...boy! the chef was busy as hell!) and the food was good, the seafood fresh, everything as I was expecting. That was last night. Tonight I'll be there 4 sure! Go for it! The locals I mentioned were quite familiar with the staff, which means they're going there frequently. Other japanese places were far less crowded, not to say...quite empty.

Le service est franchement impeccable et toujours souriant, dynamique. J'ai eu le plaisir de goûter un assortiment de makis, sushis, sushimis le premier soir, puis sushimis, sushis à l'anguille le second soir (oui, quand c'est bon, il faut le dire et en profiter ! . This japanese restaurant is located in the heart of Metz. Perfect for a cosy little night out. The inside was already familiar because every sushi/japanese restaurant I have been to in France looks like this. And the menu is more or less the same too- nice pictures of food and menus comes with salad , soup and rice. But honestly, I have never been disappointed in such a place and so I was eager to see if at least the sushi is different. It was not, but it was still really good. The soup was maybe too poorly filled with tofu, and the salad might have been a little too soggy but in general it was good food and fresh fish.
