Simple but tasty food in a simple cafe, but did exactly what was said on the tin. Totally faultless and perfect. Would wholeheartedly recommend. Large menu choices and exceptional friendly staff.

Greeted with exceptional customer service and an amazing warm and welcoming atmosphere, quick service and pride taken in there drinks as the hot chocolates were one of a kind will definitely be visiting again

I came here for lunch with my daughter in the run-up to Christmas. We both had toasted cheese panini, mine with chutney, hers with red onion. Both came with salad and crisps. All very nice. The waitress was very enthusiastic, efficient and jolly. Toilets OK.

Wouldn’t bother, trying to charge for lunch with items missing, when pointed out they re jigged the receipt and took off £1.50 three meals were missing items. Sausages advertised as Cumberland were standard cheap ones and coleslaw per meal came out as one small pot between 3!!!!!

Handed a very tatty menu with various prices changes made in pen. Can you not print and laminate new ones? Food was distinctly average at best. I would suggest fewer items on the menu with better quality food. It is my usual place to eat when I visit Weston super Mare but I don't think I will be eating there again. Oh, and why is there no disabled toilet?

Our most recent visit to this restaurant was quite different from the last. This time, there were only three tables with customers, and we were seated at one of them. It took half an hour to receive our sandwich and toasted tea cake, and by then we had already finished our drinks. On top of that, the restaurant was freezing cold and not very welcoming. I will definitely wait some time before considering a return visit.

We were seated at a lovely table by the window at this restaurant. The service was quick and the waitress was very enthusiastic. My husband enjoyed his small English breakfast. I asked if the vegetarian sausages were vegan, and the waitress assured me they were, as they were made from vegetables. However, I should have realized they were not what I expected, as they turned out to be a cheap, mushy mix of peas and potatoes in batter. Despite trying to salvage them with ketchup, I ultimately left them uneaten. There are many delicious vegan sausages available nowadays, so it was disappointing to have a subpar experience with such an expensive breakfast.

This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a negative review about a restaurant. My husband and I ordered the roast chicken expecting a traditional home-cooked meal with plenty of vegetables and roast potatoes. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The chicken breast was dry, and the vegetables and roast potatoes were lacking (only 2 small potatoes that were not cooked well, and a small serving of cabbage with a few peas). The meal was overly expensive for the portion size and quality of the food. When the waitress asked us if we were satisfied with our meal, I expressed our disappointment. We left The Gardens restaurant feeling regretful for choosing to have lunch there. Need...

I have been coming to this restaurant for Over 10 years when we visit Weston. Todays visit was terrible. From being greeted by a girl shouting for I’m the other side of the restaurant telling us to take a seat to the music being played, which was the Ghostbusters theme tune. Our visit was beyond disappointing. They had clearly had a price increase because it was written on the very scruffy menus in pen, the knives and the forks are worn and very dated. when our order arrived, the trays were thrown on the table and left for us to sort out among us.
