The challenge was to find a Brunch restaurant that makes 3 generations happy. My grandpa who likes it classic, my mother, who likes to eat special and exquisite stuff and my brother who likes to eat waffles. After brunch, everyone was happy and warmed up:

We were there for brunch. The selection was good. Extensive always goes, but perfect for the price. The operation was very nice and attentive. We were told how it went and even tilted to leave room for white sausages and a little lunch. It was well visited, but not full. We felt very comfortable.

Have been there for brunch on Sunday as well as evenings for dinner. The atmosphere is really cozy and the food is totally delicious! Also the staff (very family is friendly and accommodating. If you're a larger group and didn't make a reservation anywhere, Gaston is a good place to try as it's a little off the beaten path and not too crowded. Service is friendly, they have a good selection of drinks and food. Didn't notice anything like the other reviews suggested, it didn't smell like smoke and wasn't falling apart (quite the opposite, they might have remodeled), and service took our order fast. Definitely recommend.
