What a nice place for a spontaneous stop. While strolling through Ravensburg we were surprised by the rain. When we were looking for a restaurant we found it here. Great lunch menu, delicious at moderate prices and attentive service. It's worth it!

We had dinner with a larger group, including a lot of children. Since it can be louder and more chaotic with children, we were very grateful that the staff were very friendly and polite throughout. Great restaurant! Price-performance ratio fits! A restaurant where you can still go out to eat these days! Homemade tortellini super good! Huge pizza with good toppings and just the right thickness! Very cozy individual niches with seating areas for 2 or more people. The waitresses were all very friendly and everything went very quickly.

We were at Il Podio for the second time today and were unfortunately served again by the same rude service person as on our first visit (male, approx. 45-50 years old, 175cm, short hair, 3-day beard). Everyone can have a bad day, but after today our greeting was not even returned and instead an ashtray was literally slammed onto our table without saying a word, we decided not to subject ourselves to this treatment again and left the café. This was our second time in this cafe today and unfortunately we were once again treated extremely rudely. The waiter ignored our greeting and was dismissive from the start. He literally threw objects like the ashtray on the table, which is completely inappropriate. When we asked a simple, polite question, he responded in a rude, stroppy manner. The whole thing escalated when we wanted to get up to leave the café. The waiter came up to us because we had previously ordered a cappuccino.
