"Gaststätte Jakobsbrunnen (Restaurant Jakobsbrunnen) is yet another fine restaurant housed in a beautiful building in this area of Stuttgart.A Germen/Greek restaurant to me we went here after visiting Der Rote Hirsch and Zur Sattlerie and were making our way back to Stuttgart City Centre when we decided to go in here and have a quick beer. Gaststätte Jakobsbrunnen looks great from the outside especially in the dark when it is lit up'inside it is just as good with a cosy traditional interior with great seating options and with great lighting.I would say this was one of the cosiest restaurant's we went in and the staff were excellent.We only came in for a quick glass of Dinkelacker bier which was served in perfect condition and at a decent price.It wasn't particularly busy in the side of the restaurant we were in but there were plenty of people in the next room having a good time.The staff came over to us a few times and asked us did we need anything else but we were only staying for one beer.When we go Stuttgart on our next visit we will make a point of coming to this area of Stuttgart as it is picture perfect (I think it is the Old Town) and spend a few hours around here and make a point of coming to this fine German/Greek restaurant and have a meal.Located on Tuchmachergasse.Opening hours are. Una dolce location, familiare, accogliente, l'arredamento è molto carino. Il cibo è un misto tra greco-tedesco che è molto buono. Il servizio è eccellente, disponibili, attenti e molto discreti. Complimenti alla chef.

A nice, small restaurant with a mix of Greek and German dishes--the one I chose had characteristics of both. Friendly service as well. The prices are higher than I have seen in most Greek or German restaurants in Stuttgart, but they seem typical for the immediate neighborhood, which is beautiful. A nice choice if you are walking around Bad Cannstadt.

Wir haben die Gaststätte, auf der Suche nach Mittagessen, zufällig entdeckt und waren anfangs etwas skeptisch wegen der Speisenkonstellation auf der Karte. Auch die Einrichtung und die Gastgeber passten nicht so ganz zusammen weshalb wir uns keine großen Hoffnungen auf ein schmackhaftes Mittagessen gemacht haben. Wir haben uns dann für Schnitzel mit Pommes, Zwiebelrostbraten mit Bratkartoffeln und dem Schwäbischen Teller mit Medaillons & Spätzle entschieden. Die Speisen wurden allesamt frisch zubereitet, haben aber nicht ewig gebraucht. Das Essen war auf jeden Fall sehr lecker, weshalb wir am Ende positiv überrascht wurden und diese Gerichte auf jeden Fall empfehlen können. Visualizza piatti

Zunächst das Positive: die Lage ist sehr schön an einem gemütlichen kleinen Platz.Nun zu den Problemen:1. der Service ist extrem langsam, wir haben ca. 10 Minuten gewartet bis wir überhaupt die Karte bekommen haben, Getränke haben auch sehr lange gedauert und das Essen war erst nach über einer Stunde bei uns. Auch Bezahlen wurde dann noch zu einer zeitlichen Herausforderung.2. es war nicht möglich, eine Apfelsaftschorle mit stillem Wasser zu bekommen, normalerweise sollte dies kein Problem sein 3. einige Gerichte waren nicht verfügbar, das kann ja mal passieren, aber in Anbetracht der vielen weiteren Probleme...4. die Seezunge vom Grill war ein ganzer Fisch inklusive Gräten, die Knoblauch-zi...

We had already been for a delicious meal in ZUM SATTLEREI and a nice drink in DER ROTEN HIRSCH when we decided to pop into here for a quick beer before moving on.The building this restaurant is housed in look's superb and the interior very traditional with great furnishing's and superb decor ,it really is one fantastic place to enjoy some fine beer's or a delicious meal.We more or less had the main room to ourselves and could really appreciate how beautiful this restaurant is.A very pleasant member of staff took our order of a beer each and we ordered Dinkelacker beer and this was served freezing cold and sparkling ,we just chilled out and took in this wonderful setting we were enjoying our...
