"Setting: the restaurant forms part of the PS Speicher complex and is very well designed. Its modern, slightly industrial design may be seen by some as too hipster for its provincial location; we, however, thoroughly appreciated it and liked the quirky touches like headlight lampshades or piston candleholders. It is more than obvious that an interior design firm has been engaged here, and they've done well.The menu here is rather limited: there are salads, flatbreads, grilled meat and a small number of seasonal/ regional dishes. We ate the burger. Positives: a generous amount of food; good flavouring. Negatives: too many sauces competing for attention and making the burger bun disintegrate; very thoroughly dressed salad (I would have liked a few leaves with my dressing...); chips served in mug (so annoyingly hipster I'm really over it). Our dessert, ice-cream, was disappointing. The chocolate ice-cream had clearly been refrozen - it was full of ice crystals. The service was a mixed bag. The young staff were pleasant and tried very hard. They do, however, need more extensive training. Our small tweaks to the meal (leaving off some of the sauces) were sadly forgotten. When we were halfway through eating, the waiter remembered and offered us free ice-cream to make up for his mistake... Seems a shame, he could have avoided this in the first place. The second waiter dropped a full glass and got rather flustered about it at the table next to us. And our plates should have been cleared much more promptly, especially given that the restaurant was barely half full. All in all, we would come back - but we'd need a more exciting menu to become frequent guests."

I was here once before for a company night, which was very enjoyable and at this visit I enjoyed some local onebeck pils, which was served the table and just perfect, with great environment. a beautiful place to a dug stop after the visit. the ps store museum next door.

We eat here my fiance and I with my parents while staying a night a hotel FREIgeist Einbeck just on the other side of the street. We were all happy with the food and had very attentive waiters. I would not recommend the place for a romantic dinner out but for a group of friends or a family, I think the restaurant is worth a visit.

It was the perfect ending after our very interesting and lovely guided tout at the nearby simple "amazing"..SP.SPEICHER museum dedicated to motorised vehicles (mostly german) of the past years. Spacious, classy, mororised-inspired decoration, great food (it was an occasion with a buffet and...atmoshere and amazing wine !! We really enjoyed our evening

We walked around Town to find a restaurant but some very closed and some were closed for holiday so we ended up here Close to our hotel and glad we did.My wife had Grilled Salmon and she liked it, I had a beef Tenderloin with fried potatoes and it was excellent. We wanted a table outside as it was a nice evening but no luck it was fully booked, so pls book ahead it this might be the only good Place in this small Town.

There are not many things to do in the area so this place was such a discovering! First at all the cars/vehicles collections and the place itself is really interesting, amusing and lovely. And then when we visited the restaurant that was just to make...the perfect sunday. The grill is really recommendable (specially the Flanked steak and the aged rib eye), the hamburger is pretty good too. But my favourite was the flammkuchen/pizza (is just in between of those two), great ham, great ingredients. And finally the waiters were incredibly nice

The restaurant is nicely situated at the end of the town, directly next to the car museum and the hotel. Possess a nice terrace, which on sunny evenings is perfect place to have dinner. There are some hick-ups, such as the service, which was very very slow. We were waiting 10 minutes till we finally got the menu, and additional 5 for the drinks (water and glass of wine). The other minus are the prices. Due to its proximity to the highlights of the town the dishes are overpriced. As an example - 4 sprigs of Asparagus with 4 small boiled potatos and a bit of melted butter - 19Euro. For comparison, a steak in the next expensive restaurant in Einbeck is 25Euro.
