Breakfast wraps bland, bacon overcooked and all our table orders came out at different times part of meal was forgotten so everything else went cold while we waited for it. Friendly staff and clean toilets also rather dusty bottles over the top shelf behind the bar

Order from mobile..good variety of dinners..1 persons food a Pizza came 1st was hot , they had nearly finished when the remaining meals arrived ..food was goid but not very warm : the Scampi ok but chips garden peas barely warm.Curry Rice dishes Hot ..not good serving 1 persons meal at completely different time..spoilt the evening a bit..

I don't understand why people are complaining in the reviews. This is a pub that serves food, not a fancy restaurant. There are no waiters here! The food is consistently good and I have never had a bad dish. The staff, especially George and Laney, are great. I have been coming here since it opened and have been to some questionable Wetherspoons, but this place is not like that at all!

Swore we would never visit again after weeks of items off menu or waiting ages for food. Today we made the mistake of going again after deciding things couldn't get any worse, it did! No sauce for many dishes and 30 minutes wait for two slices of toast which eventually turned out stone cold and soggy : If you need a pint and whisky chaser for breakfast this is the place for you. If you need food you will be better going to McDonald's. I suspect this place is allowed to open early because it serves good. Believe me it doesn't! Abandon hope all you who enter here.

Every time we visit this restaurant, the manager is incredibly rude. His behavior is absolutely unacceptable. This is not an isolated incident, as other patrons have also mentioned his unpleasant demeanor. It seems that his negative attitude is affecting the staff as well, who now have to make an effort to serve customers. Despite being a longtime customer, I have never had to complain until now. Unfortunately, it seems that the restaurant has gone downhill due to the behavior of the bar manager, Mario. It's a shame because it used to be a great place to dine and socialize with friends. I will not be returning anytime soon.

I had a chicken and chips the chicken came out all slimy and uncooked no one came round to the table to ask how our meal was had to get a waiters attention told him the food is uncooked and I actually feel sick. He took it away. Then 5 minutes after a barman came over said this is how we cook it. I said I am very unhappy with the food then he walked away. No one else came back so I stood outside the kitchen and asked for the manager. A waiter said the manager is here can you speak to her. I said who do you think you are talking to her. Came from Reading to Staines to visit some good friends. Initially weren’t to enthusiastic to go to a Wetherspoon as we tried other Wetherspoons before and didn’t really like it. We sat on the top bar and ordered food and drinks and Marco served us (I think he was the manager) and was very polite and his service was really good, came to check on our food a couple times and on the desserts, I think he might have sensed there was a “special” occasion for us. Visited this pub this evening and the service was one of the worst I have ever received. Young, brown haired girl on shift spoke to myself and my family horrendously, so rude and had the worst attitude. We were told we had to leave by 9 due to their license, although this has never been the case on any of our previous visits. Either make this clearer to your staff as there’s a huge lack of knowledge on this, or make it clearer before I give you my money. This place just gets worse ! We used to eat there every week till it started going downhill , it just got worse and worse ,raw uncooked eggs ,long waits for cold food , the Accessible Toilet is often dirty etc ,so we started going in now and again hoping for change , sadly we got that , it went even further downhill , today was just the last straw .
