Gigs Fish And Chips

The food was amazingly done. 4 of us 2 had fresh fried haddock and cod with fresh cut chips. The other had charcoal chicken kebab. And wine.

The fish and chips were fantastic. The large serving of fish was incredibly fresh and tasty. This restaurant, located near the British Museum, comes highly recommended.

Their fish and chips was perfect! I tried a cod, and it was soft, well-fried, not being greasy but nutty. I loved it! Staff is also friendly : and they have clean washroom

Comfortable. Ok taste but very good size of food came with a nice price! I went on Saturday, it’s a restaurant that you can sit with your friends and chat comfortably. No need to raise your voice.

The restaurant serves large portions and has a very friendly staff. The fish and chips are excellent and highly recommended. The service was quick, with the food arriving at the table in just a few minutes. Overall, it was a great dining experience!

very friendly people. I loved the service and friendliness. good and cheap food. We paid 8.50 pounds for the fish and ships menu and for another 0.50 pounds we added a drink. It's very well served, I couldn't even finish all the potatoes. I highly recommend

Unfortunately cross contamination is a issue for me, I ordering scampi and chips and whilst handling the scampi one dropped on the side then the gentleman used his bare hands to pick it up and put it back in my food box but I told him to throw that one away then he took it out, I saw him handle an item that came from outside the shop and just didn’t bother to wash his hand before touching my food.. please guys either wash your hands or use gloves before handling peoples food.

We stopped by this restaurant for a relaxed meal. We ordered some drinks and appetizers, but the waiter abruptly informed us that they do not serve appetizers only. We were asked to relocate to a table near the stairs. Ironically, by the end of the evening, we ended up ordering full meals to share and spent more money than we would have on individual courses. Unfortunately, the food we sampled was tasteless and barely passable. It is unclear where the chefs here learned to make fish and chips.

The food quality you will find hard to match, especially their signature dish, the humble, yet Great British dish of fish chips! There are also meat dishes of Greek specialty. You will, l believe find it nigh impossible to find better try it see. Small yet 'cosy '. The staff are friendly, helpful keep a low profile, but are aware to any diners need you may have. There is another linked but separate area if you just want to order a takeaway service. Conveniences are located downstairs very tidy. Situated just off Tottenham Court Road, nearest underground station Goodge Street. The American Church on Tottenham Court Road is within Gigs locale. Enjoy your meal.
