"Wir sind mit 5 Personen unter der Woche zum Abendessen hier gewesen. Einen Tisch hatten wir nicht reserviert, glücklicherweise fanden wir doch noch einen Platz. Das Restaurant war erstaunlich voll, aber man konnte sich gut unterhalten. Die Einrichtung ist typisch Grieche, nichts besonderes, aber gemütlich. Parken könnte auf der Ecke ein bisschen schwierig werden, aber in den Seitenstraßen findet man immer irgendwo was. Draußen sind auch ein paar Tische aufgebaut, aber das war uns ein wenig zu frisch. Der Service ist hektisch und effizient. Man merkt schon, dass versucht wird, die Gäste möglichst schnell „abzufüttern“, damit der Tisch eventuell ein weiteres Mal besetzt werden kann. Wir bekamen z.B. die Vorspeisen serviert, bevor unsere Getränke da waren. Die Küche ist unheimlich fix, es gibt fast keine Wartezeit. Frei nach dem Motto „Zeit ist Geld“. Die Speisekarte bietet die übliche, reichliche Auswahl an griechischen Gerichten, die man auch so erwartet. Wir bestellten alkoholfreies Weizenbier, Alsterwasser, Bier (Dithmarscher) 0,5 l für 3,50 € und Spezi 0,2 l für 1,70 €, 0,4 l für 3 € zu trinken sowie zu essen vorweg Tsatsiki für 3,20 €, dicke Bohnen in Tomatensauce für 6 € und gegrillten Fetakäse für 6,50 €, gefolgt von Gyros in Gorgonzolasauce für 11,50 €, Lammfilet in Metaxasauce für 16,50 € und Schweinemedaillons in Gorgonzolasauce für 13,50 €. Die Portionen waren reichlich, an der Qualität gab es auch nichts zu meckern und mit Ouzo aufs Haus wurde nicht gegeizt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist meiner Ansicht nach in Ordnung. Lediglich die Dame im Service war zwar super auf zack, verbreitete aber nicht gerade eine ruhige und gemütliche Atmosphäre durch Ihre kurz angebundene Art. Aber bei all dem Stress auch irgendwo verständlich. Hier würde ich trotzdem gerne wieder essen gehen."

"better isn't going. authentic, super atmosphere, excellent eating and an unbeatable price performance ratio. the service friendly, the cook is top class, the tagesmenus varied, the card is not too big. the served dishes taste excellent and the ingredients used are fresh and high quality. really good and recommended. such a load has been missing in elmshorn so far, please continue to do so and keep me a space free :"

"It was a bit. So January 2020. But it was our last big party in front of Corona. And it was funny. All right. We celebrated 120 birthdays. As a live band, the Moneybrother were there and have made the best mood and cool music without end, then it went on with DJ. But before that, Peggy's team was right. The premises were perfectly prepared for the party and everything went smoothly. We had arranged a buffet with snacks in advance, which was super dressed. Warm snacks were always freshly prepared and were therefore always warm. Everything was very tasty and sufficient. The team behind and in front of the bar worked fast and met all drinks. We were a little shocked when a band member called us in the afternoon and told us that the DJ is not there. After we turned our fingers on the phone, we were redeemed by Peggy. She was in her network and found a DJ who jumped in spontaneously and made his job great. So, great praise to the kantino team, to the Moneybrothers (the next time I don't sing on stage, to the DJ and of course to the guests. It was a great evening."

"This was the second time we were there (extra stopover on the way to Glückstadt . Mega tasty and super inexpensive. I can't understand the negative reviews. Tip, the ginger tea... you can spoon out the deliciously spicy fresh ginger strips and add them to your food. The only small point is the lack of/hardly any spiciness in the food, even if it says spicy on the menu (okay for the standard German taste it's already well seasoned . But there is a bottle of Asian ketchup on the table ; ."

"Food was to say it nice, very sober. There are more spices than salt and pepper. The service was very nice at the beginning but unfortunately the young man had in the meantime evening. The lady after that was relatively unfriendly. I know it when you eat at the served right at the table and don't push through the guests, at a four table!! When covering, the lady then lost the cutlery on the lap of my acquaintances, that gave no excuse only the spell they can put on the plate again. But that you have to pay 1 euro for taking the rest of the rest is basically OK but you could have pointed out that."
