"Walked in here for a quick hot chocolate takeaways and was met by the most unfriendliest and rudest girl ever that took our order. Throwing things around, rolling her eyes and clearly showing that she’s annoyed. Had a question that was answered with an incredibly rude tone and annoyed look when we ordered our chocolates. The hot chocolates themselves were terrible as well a thick consistency tasting like ****. As if somebody heated up a couple of chocolate puddings in the microwave."
