"This is indeed a fantastic place! Firstly, the service is just outstanding. You always have everything necessary, waiters come at the very right momentsl, it was all so naturally friendly. People working there make a whole story out of your dishes and wines, which is an amazing experience to follow this food 'journey '. I would definitely recommend ordering a surprise menu with matching wines. Just do this and follow the journey, you will know a lot of new and interesting things about food! Secondly, the meals were real pieces of art, being a very good quality food at the same time. With different courses we had fish, meat, gorgeous cheeses for dessert and all this with different kinds of fantastic and very special wines. The atmosphere was also nice inside, the restaurant was getting lively in the middle of the evening. Additionally, the staff arranged a birthday surprise desert for my boyfriend, which made this day completely pleasant. So I would also recommend this place for special occasions or a birthday dinner. Regarding financial aspect, this is undoubtedly worth it! Coming back again one day, highly recommended :"

"there was smoke in the restaurant of a kamin that did not work and they did not open the windows when we asked. a long time ago everyone coughed and ran outside when the smoke-poor went out. the meal was also not so great as the grilled steak of my friend was too finished and they did not fill our water glasses until we were asked halfway through our meal. we were chased out by the smoke and then had to pay the full price, with half dinner left on the table. horribly disappointing and will never be back in this restaurant, although I live near. not recommended and schoddy interior as well as if they want to know the truth."

"On Sunday afternoon around 12:30 I walked along Le Monde with a multiply disabled client in an electric wheelchair (I am a supervisor in disability care). This restaurant had a billboard outside, which prevented my client from getting through in his wheelchair. When I put this plate half a meter away for him, the owner came out and started yelling at me to stay away from his plate. I tried to tell him that the passageway wasn't wide enough for my client, but the gentleman just shouted that it's his sign, and his sidewalk, and he can do whatever he wants. I indicated to him that the sidewalk is not his and that he must guarantee a wide passage, but the gentleman did not want to hear about it. I can handle all this myself, but I find it very antisocial and my client (who is also mentally disabled) was very sad and shocked by this gentleman's screams. It might be useful for someone to talk to this gentleman (around 45, 1.75 tall, bald) about the rules of the minimum passage of a sidewalk (namely 1.80 wide) and about a decent way to interact with (disabled) fellow human beings. to go."

"Zondag 26 februari hebben mijn man en ik gegeten bij Le Steak. Van tevoren konden we reserveren en het restaurant zag er warm ingericht uit. De bediening was vriendelijk en hielpen ons al snel. We hadden voor- en hoofdgerecht besteld en kregen na ongeveer kwartier ons voorgerecht. Dit was smakelijk. We hebben in het vervolg meer dan een uur moeten wachten op ons hoofdgerecht en in de tussentijd werd ons geen drinken aangeboden, het is dat we zelf naar de bediening gingen en aangaven dat we graag drinken wilde bestellen en dit terwijl het niet druk was. Ik zelf had een Tournedos besteld, wat ik erg lekker vond met de saus die erbij geserveerd was. Mijn man had een 'Le Steak Schnitzel ' besteld. Dit was een Schnitzel met daarop vooral champignons en kaas, wat verder weinig smaak had en wegens de droogte met gemak over het bord gleed. De saus die ik over had, heeft hij om het wat meer smaak minder droogte te geven over de schnitzel gedaan. Hierbij kregen wij ook groentes en patat geserveerd, maar veel groentes waren niet gaar (met moeite op de vork te prikken). Mogelijk dat dit op andere avonden anders gaat, maar de prijs met de service en het eten wat wij hebben gehad vond ik het niet de moeite waard."

"Super vriendelijke bediening van onze serveerster. Zij had duidelijk meer ervaring dan een andere collega die er nog een beetje verloren bij stond, maar wel enorm haar best deed. Heerlijke voorgerechtjes en op het hoofdgerecht ook niets aan te merken. Gezellig sfeertje en er wordt hard gewerkt!
