After our first leg of the Hadrians wall path a roast beef dinner and a few beers on a wet day was very welcome, service was great.

A lovely lunch was enjoyed by our party of 4. The menue comprised of a selection which catered for many tastes, and we were not disappointed.

Lovely welcome for me and the woofs stopping for a pint in the sunshine. Lady behind the bar was lovely and felt welcomed by the friendly regulars. Great pint of ale as well!
