It was nice. We have been received. The food was very good and very fresh.

Greeting and nice waitress well eaten even if dish a little cheche I recommend

My sister (Enola) was very enchanting to meet the short-size team that we were very warm and that makes us laugh thank you for this evening

We had the entrecôte 250 and the cote de boeuf 400. The entrecôte was inedible, full of sinews and fat. The 400 was ok. Shame, as we were dying for a steak. Will go to Buffalo Grill next time as the meat was better. We...did get 15% knocked off the bill.

We had made the mistake of booking into a French Hotel on a Monday the chef's night off as it was in every eating place in the immediate area. We therefore were very glad to see this chain restaurant. The menu was comprehensive as was the choice of wines available. I had steak bleu and it was cooked to perfection. Saturday lunch had tried Berck Plage but nowhere to park and restaurants full so carried on up the coast to Boulogne. Buffalo Grill full so tried Courte Paille Have eaten at a few over the years but first time here. Food was OK sharing platter charcuterie was good and both enjoyed our main courses. Service not so good waitress didn’t really keep on top of things and so were were there for almost 2 hours for our 3 courses. Quite expensive as are all chain restaurants in France

Very happy with the meal at this restaurant, we were looking at the outside tables as we had our dog with us when a very friendly waiter/ manager came out to greet us. He invited us to come inside with the dog as it wouldn't be a problem and it was a bit chilly outside. We had the Charcuterie starter and shared a cote de beuf for main course both were excellent as was the carafe of wine and nice cold beers. We finished off with a French coffee each and had a very enjoyable evening. This would not have been possible without the service of the attentive manager.

We have been eating here since Courtepaille opened. This is the first time we have had bad service a disappointing meal. We received the welcome salad at the same time as our aperitif and starter. I was not asked what veg or potatoes I would like, but just given a very overcooked jacket potato with my tuna steak. Not once were we asked if our meal was OK, or asked if we wanted more veg. Our coffee arrived before our dessert. This branch has been steadily going down over the last couple of years, but we have continued to use it as it is near theB B hotel. We will not be returning.
