The service is very slow, the fondue was compact, the potatoes were not cooked... we sent the fondue back to the kitchen so that it was diluted a little and we waited more than 20 minutes before it came back to normal. our table. The service is underground. Zero motivation from the employees, long waiting times despite the half empty restaurant. Nobody clears the table after dinner. The employees prefer to smoke 5m next to the restaurant instead of taking care of the guest... apparently there is no need for it in such a tourist hotspot :

If only I had read the reviews here first... It's unbelievable what they allow themselves to do here. The service is catastrophic, to put it nicely. The fondue was bad and not enough. It seems to have been designed solely for tourists who come to eat cheese. As a Swiss, I have to say: it's a shame and never again.
