had a great meal in guglee on Monday night. the restaurant lacks ambiente, but eating is very good. some of the portions were on the small side, but they were filled with taste, so I had nothing against it.

This is our go-to spot for curry in the area. I appreciate the unique and reasonably priced menu. While it may not be the best curry I've ever had, it is definitely better than most of the other Indian restaurants nearby.

before a Saturday night in the hampstead theatre we went to guglee. the restaurant was empty when we arrived at 18 o'clock, didn't come much more busy when we were gone. the location is perfect for the theatre. the menu is very extensive and there are some unusual dishes. the food was very good and did not last long to get to. service was friendly. I will definitely go back to visit even if we found the food a little over price.

This is one of the best Indian restaurants I have been to in London! They serve authentic Indian cuisine and the staff is incredibly friendly. It became a tradition for us to visit this restaurant after every salon visit until we moved away from London. I haven't been back in a while and I really miss their food! The chicken tikka starter is absolutely amazing. I recommend ordering the Chicken tikka, Chicken xacuti, naan/roti, Chicken lamb biryani, Lassi, and raita.

The Guglee is not as special as the elaborate and attractively presented menu booklet might lead you to expect. Our food was hot but not particularly tasty or subtle. The rather too loud Indian pop playing throughout did not improve the ambiance and the loo was downstairs and approached via a somewhat scruffy corridor so presumably no access for the disabled. The restaurant was convenient for the Hampstead Theatre but on a Saturday night was far from full so the residents of Swiss Cottage are clearly not fans and we would not go back. Visualizza piatti
