Fantastic food. Nice quiet, relaxed restaurant. Everything is freshly cooked so there is a somewhat longer waiting time, but it is really worth it. Would highly recommend.

My partner and I ordered takeout for dinner tonight. The food was tasty and we had plenty of leftovers for another meal tomorrow. Thank you Ghurka Lounge, we will definitely return!

The service at Kris and his team is always outstanding, and the food is consistently delicious whether dining in or getting takeout. Our favorite dishes include the Yeti Chicken, Prawns, Gurka Special Chicken Korma, and Goat Curry. We are looking forward to being able to dine in again soon. Visualizza piatti

I visited for the first time and really enjoyed the food. I tried the Yeti Chicken Starter, which was delicious. I was a bit unsure about the dishes that included fruit, so I opted for the Jalfrezi, Pulao rice, and Keema naan instead. Everything was great. However, towards the end of the meal, it was a bit challenging to get someone to bring the bill, even though the restaurant wasn't busy at that time.

The portion sizes for the starters were too small for the price. Both the chicken tikka masala and 'special' butter chicken had the same sauce, which was far too sweet for my taste (as someone from an Indian background). I found it very disappointing and would not recommend or order from this restaurant again. I couldn't even finish the food or save it for leftovers. This was one of the worst Indian takeaways I've ever had.

Incredible takeaway. Always been sceptical about an Indian takeaway just due to heat more than anything. had never used Gurkha Lounge before, planned to go in March, and lock down hit. Food was so good! definitely ordered too much, but know for next time! As a starter, Mo:Mo are amazing! definitely a go to going forward and recommend to everyone. The main dish could not be faulted either.Can't wait to order again sometime in the future. Service was amazing too, run a tiny bit late but were very honest, and the guy delivering was very polite, apologetic and efficient taking card payment. Thanks so much! Visualizza piatti
