"I went there with two friends and we absolutely loved our experience! we ordered vebabs, potatoes with cheddar and pickles, and potatoes with feta and sriracha. It was simply sublime! The velbabs in particular were fantastic! They were big enough and the bread was of very good quality, crispy. They were generously provided in simili, raw and delicious aïoli sauce. Every bite is a pure delight and you don't see the end of it. rethinking the different textures and flavors makes me salty as I write this review! The potatoes were also very good! I've been seeing since I discovered the gustavo! finally a real vegan address to grenoble! vegan kebab is made at home in seitan with seasonal vegetables and homemade vegan sauces (except ketchup.) classic veteran white sauce is a murder! I haven't tasted tacos and falafels yet, but everything looks good. small plus, a choice of vegan desserts that change each week the staff is friendly, the velbab a tuerie and in addition it is not very expensive. I even converted friends viandards for whom it became a must-have.

Gustavo c'est irrésistible, après être passé une fois, c'est mon endroit fétiche depuis 2 ans. Vous ne trouvez nul part d'aussi bon tacos et vebab aussi nourrissant, incroyablement bon et savoureux. Leurs sauces maison sont à se lécher les doigts, tellement unique et complémentaire. Pour suivre, leur frites sont tellement croustillante, meilleurs que dans le nord. Au passage, tout est vegan mais ça a conquis toute les personnes carnistes que j'ai emmené. Même eux parle de Gustavo sans pouvoir dénigrer quoi que ce soit. Bref, pourvu que ça dure et que d'autres s'inspire avec des tarifs un peu moins cher pour les étudiants.
