Tout simplement aussi bon qu'au Japon. Les Gyozas miso épicés sont bien piquants, juste ce qu'il faut pour ne pas non plus avoir la bouche en feu

Thanks to trip advisor we found this nearby place for lunch. To our surprise it's packed with local and tourist but we did not have to wait long. Ramen is delicious and authentic. Service is quick with very friendly staff. I'd definitely recommend.

Nous avions partagé quelques gyozas en entrée de très bonne facture, pleins de saveurs.Les ramens étaient copieux, goûteux avec des ingrédients de qualité (mention spéciale à la viande de porc parfaitement cuite, d'une tendreté intense).Service rapide et souriant.Une adresse à recommander

Hakata Choten裡面不大，而且也沒有太多的選擇。當時我們不是超級肚餓所以就沒有點到他們的熱門菜, 煎餃子是也。話說這裡的餃子是曾在日本得「日本最佳餃子獎」，我看到別人在吃得津津有味，看起上來超級好吃，下一次再來我會點來吃的。所以我們就點了 Tonkotsu Ramen Noir。大蒜和豬骨湯底己經融為一體，鮮味十足。我個人覺得份量不是很大，以我一個不愛喝湯的人來說，要吃完整碗拉麵是可以的。湯頭是很香很好但我個人就覺得有點太油膩了，但整體來說是很濃郁及味道很好。雖說湯頭是有大蒜成份，但是我吃不出，嗅起上來反而是有的，半熟蛋及叉燒都配合得很好，整碗拉麵雖然很簡單但完成度是十分高。雖說是在巴黎但吃起上來感覺和我在日本吃的味道很相似，完全不是騙老外的拉麵（會像日本口味是因為店主/拉麵師傅好像是日本人。)

I went there a noon to taste the gyozas. On the map, it is indicated that their gyozas have received a prize. After waiting 10 minutes in the restaurant, we settle. The place is quite spacious and well lit. The activity being quite consistent, the waitresses do as soon as possible to satisfy us. On food, we took gyozas and ramens. The ramens were good but nothing exceptional. On the other hand, the gyozas were succulent: to recommend (the only hic is that they are not fat :p).

Un de mes stop préfères sur Paris quand je suis de passage. Bien qu'il soit recommande pour leur ramen, ce que je préfère chez eux ce sont leur gyoza qui sont vraiment succulents, à tel point que quand j'y déjeune je commande aussi quelques gyoza à ramener chez moi pour la soiree. Gyoza, un petit donburi bœuf et une petite bière fraîche. Déjeuner parfait. J'ai été servie rapidement il y avait peu de monde le midi et le service est toujours très poli. La seule chose est que la salle est vraiment petite et qu'on manque vite de place.

Convaincue par une amie d'aller tester les ramen et les gyoza dans ce restaurant, je n'ai pas été déçue !! Nous avons eu de la chance car nous sommes arrivées au bon moment quand il n'y avait pas de queue (quand nous sommes sorties il y avait plein de monde !).J'ai commandé des gyoza et un ramen special : les gyoza sont super bons ! La texture, le goût ... tout y est ! Quant au ramen, idem ! D'ailleurs pour les ramen on peut choisir l'intensité du bouillon ainsi que la fermeté des nouilles.Bref je recommande ! J'ai hâte d'y retourner !

Nice ramen and delicious broth. You can also choose the density of your ramen and the flavor intensity of your broth. Much like in Japan! I tried the 'complete' ramen, that had the traditional tonkotsu broth and black garlic oil and a bit of the red spicy sauce. I don't think that's very authentic Japanese style, but it gives you a taste of everything so you can pick the right one the next time. The pork was soft and tasty. Make sure to have some gyoza as well.The menu is simple. The decor is nice and clean. In the busy hours you can also be seated upstairs, which is a very small space that feels a bit cramped.
