I found this charming vegan sushi roll shop last summer while wandering around Brighton. I must say, the food is fantastic—delicious flavors and generous portions. The staff were also friendly and enthusiastic.

The best sushi I've ever had, we went back the next day to try more flavours. If you're going with a friend I'd recommend sharing two between you so you can try the different options! My favourite is the caulipop

The bento box is great value for money £8.50). It comes with half a burrito you have a choice of hoisin duck or fully loaded), edamame and 2 stuffed inari pockets. Yummy! To be completely frank, I would rate the sushi a solid 4 out of 5. However, that doesn’t take away from the overall concept of this charming little sushi shop. They allow you to choose how much you want to pay for the sushi burritos, with a portion of the proceeds going to charity. It's the kind of business model I truly appreciate. Great job! - LL/OC

Delicious, so many options and the portions were huge. I had a build your own bowl and it was really yummy and there was so much I couldn 't finish it. Staff were friendly and helpful.
