"Our family enjoyed a delicious meal at Fishable during our visit to the Barbicans for our holiday. I had a hearty portion of chips and a large, delicious fish for my main meal. The children had beautiful portions of chips and mushy peas. Fishable also serves hot drinks. We dined in the cozy interior sitting area near the window, the neutral decor was lovely and the chairs were comfortable. The counter staff were helpful and friendly. There is also an ATM inside."

The service from Lily at our table upstairs was exceptional. The fish and chips, along with the mushy peas, were delicious. The only suggestion we have is to use more absorbent paper for the fish instead of the waxed paper currently being used.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The fish was watery and the batter was extremely hard, while the chips were tasteless. The staff were friendly, but they never checked in to see if everything was okay. I later learned that the batter was gluten-free, which was not my preference. We decided to dine here based on the glowing reviews, but it seems like we may have just caught them on a bad day. It's a shame.
