Had a problem with my pick up order and the staff went above and behind to help. Amazing service and the food tasted incredible. Ordered Gluten Free fish, clearly labelled exceptional value.

Went for the first time today , they have new owners! What a fantastic meal ! Chips were the best I have tasted in a long time , fish was amazing and the homemade tartar sauce was on another level! Price was reasonable too .

Cant phone through, meant to put you through to restaurant but doesn't.? Website hardly any choices on fish. Also when putting in postcode for delivery is doesn't show the number where I live. So cant order a thing. So off to another who you can phone directly.

Wife ordered on Just Eat for her, her sister and the children, order was delayed, so she phoned to see how long it would be and was greeted with attitude and disdain, basically how dare you call to ask how long it will be! Popped in during the heatwave for dinner. Small menu, but sometimes this can be key to getting food out fast hot which was exactly what we got. By the time I walked down to SAM Convenience Store to get a drink my partner was already stood outside with the food ready to walk home. Service was friendly with a smile and the food was great. Will definitely return!

Ferndown Fish and Chips 528 Wimborne Road East. Under new management. Fantastic jumbo (and they are huge) tempura king prawns with homemade mango, chilli lime salsa. Chips were great. My friends cod was huge and the fish/batter was perfect. Highly recommend. The new owner is a trained chef and he was happy to chat while cooking all of our food fresh on the spot. They are introducing a delivery service too. We will be back!

We went here last Friday, we had a fish and chip van on our St Leaonards campsite that night but after reading reviews still decided to try here, wow, was we glad we did, it was outstanding, fish was lovely with crispy batter, the chips were superb and the curry sauce pots were out of this world, great size, and they delivered to us.
