Loved it so much we made a return visit, delicious mouth-watering dishes, sumptuous starters, fresh fluffy naan, biryani like mum’s, dhal was perfect! Great hosts and cosy intimate atmosphere, our favourite spot in Portsmouth by far! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had an amazing time at this restaurant! The food was superb, and the service was outstanding. I want to give a special shoutout to Mahee and Mubin for their excellent service, and to Uncle Sam for the wonderful cooking! Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5. I highly recommend it for dinner!

Had a takeaway and it seemed devoid of any herbs and spices. Pleasantly prepared but so disappointing not to have some flavour Vegetarian options: The sag paneer was the best dish we had, unfortunately this was still pretty forgettable. Very friendly and helpful staff, we were a large group so expected a long wait for food, which was understandable. My food was terrible quality and probably the worst curry I’ve had in a decade. The four pieces of garlic chilli chicken would have been useful as rubber door stops , the sauce was a bit like tomato soup with some mild chilli powder, no curry or garlic flavours whatsoever . The pillau rice was undercooked and still crunchy. Sorry not even 1/10 As my mate said on the way home went for the company not the food and it was cheap. But a bit tragic.
