The food and service was absolutely lovely. The food was spiced perfectly and the service attentive without being suffocating. We will be returning very soon!

Food was presented well. Starters were excellent. Mains and desert were a little bland. Service felt a little rushed and for the price paid it didn't feel we got good value.

The food at this restaurant was ok but overly priced as was all other items. If I wanted to eat Indian cuisine I would be able to get a good meal for half the price of this restaurant and not have to travel for 30 odd miles to get there. Service was faultless and food was lovely. I’m gluten free and was looked after very well, with my dish being identified at each service. Which always give me confidence and allows me to relax. The only part that let it down for me was the dessert, I was served Ice cream that was frozen solid and covered in frostbite, so sadly inedible. That said, the rest of the party had the cheesecake and said it was amazing. I will definitely be back.

I’m note sure I’ve ever had better modern Indian food. The location in Amersham is fantastic. Right on the quiet main street. Lined with pubs and cafes. My wife and myself are vegetarian and we just asked our waiter for recommendations. We both went with it and had a fantastic meal. Lots of vegetarian options. I couldn’t pick a stand out dish as I was blown away by everything. Great service too. Lovely cozy atmosphere. Can’t wait until we’re next in the area and we can go again.

Went there for the first time and chose the 5 course tasting menu. The first 3 courses were bite sized portions, 4th had rice, black daal naan as accompaniments followed by dessert. Having tasted Indian food in a lot of places in UK, I would say the food was very good but not mind blowing. Everything was tastefully presented looked good. But the wow factor was missing. Service was top notch attentive but not intrusive. The decor is quite pub like since the restaurant is housed in a very old hotel but that adds to the charm.
