"I have eaten here a few times, but have to say my last two visits have been disappointing. I ordered a scampi, battered fish and chips and two of our group ordered 6 dishes to share. Portions seemed small, do not mind if it was wonderful. Sadly it was not, dried out peas, flavourless chips, one of the shared dishes BBQ burnt ends, was floating in a pool of oil. Which congealed once, the plate was finished wit I cannot fault the staff, from the first guy who served us, to the other staff member who came to us with menu. Good selection of drinks, for a pregnant daughter and a non drink. Even found ceders on your drinks list Will return for drinks, but may not eat on my next visit to Kingston."

Went here for lunch. The food is ok, very average to be honest neither good or bad. Fish and chips were good, nice salad but the burgers are nothing special.

Took my elderly mother here for lunch and had very good service from the Manager. The food was nice-chips could have been better. Reasonable prices. Nice and clean. No river view but I knew that.

Very poor customer service. Became a typical rowdy Saturday night bar. Rude bouncers. Bought drinks at 11pm to be rushed to leave by 11.15pm. Ruined a rare parents’ evening out. Such a shame as a regular customer of Henry’s back home in Brighton.

Visited here on bank holiday Monday and it wasn’t very busy,the bbq burnt ends were swimming in fat,breaded prawns and calamari were poor quality and looked like they were from the frozen section of cheap supermarket!we decided to leave our food and just paid for our drinks!will not return here for food again very poor quality food!

We visited last night and we had amazing cocktails x we had food too but it was so over priced for what it was! Small portions and nothing special! I paid £14.00 for my burger and extra onions rings- the portion of chips was unbelievably small and the burger was nothing special. There are much better places to eat in Kingston- go here for cocktails but somewhere else for food!

My colleague twice sent his chicken burger back as it was undercooked. The staff were great about this and gave him a refund without him asking. I had a fish finger sandwich which I didn’t eat all of as something didn’t taste right. 6 hours later I was violently sick and had the hot and cold shakes all night long along with regular trips to the toilet. Can only assume it’s the food and would therefore never recommend this place to eat!!!

Came here last night with a small group of friends for drinks after work. Unfortunately one member of the bar staff lets the place down. He was arrogant and his customer service left a lot to be desired. I’ve seen several comments on here about rude staff and it wouldn’t surprise me if the majority were about the same person. Thankfully we had a dinner reservation somewhere else so didn’t stay long (but we were shouted at by the member of staff in question as we left)!

Went here last night for a drink before dinner and was literally abused by the barman. He didn't hear my thank you so started to aggressively tell me off for being rude to him! I was brought up to say please and thank you to everyone however even if I forgot to say thank you that is no reason to be spoken to like that. I was in a group of six and we had dinner across from Henry's but obviously we went elsewhere for our after dinner drinks. That barman has a lot to learn about customer service.
