when trying to reserve a table at the restaurant hinterding we heard that the owner had stopped with the restaurant. there is a new owner, an i wish him luck to keep up the dedication, quality purchasing of food, and the excellent cooking we experienced...during earlier visits. Hinterding was one of the best restaurants in the region.

we have just returned from the algarve portugal after years to live there. we have settled near us to find what we are looking for. accidentally driving around, we found resteraunt behindding. what a surprise. restaurant is an old converted villa. was excellent and well decorated. the very friendly staff has done their best to satisfy. perfect ambiente! we will certainly use this address as our latest discovery. behindding should soon get a star guide de michelin.

We have just returned from the Algarve Portugal after 14 years of living there. We searced all over in our vicinity to find what we are looking for......by chance, driving around we found Resteraunt Hinterding. What a surprise.Restaurant is an old rebuilt Villa. Food was excellent and well decorated. The very friendly staff did their best to satisfy. Ambiente perfect! We shall certainly use this address as our newest discovery. Hinterding should receive a one star guide de Michelin soon.

at the januar we had the pleasure of loving an excellent meal for the beginning of the year. the service was very attentive and friendly to serve the diners with an excellent knowledge about the diffrent meals served this evening....The atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming. the overnight stay in one of the few rooms of the hotel requires geduld, because one cannot compare the quality of the room with other hotels of the same category; it must be improved to have a perfect stay with an excellent meal.

on the 1st of January 2014 we had the pleasure to adore an excellent meal for the start of the year 2014. The Service was very attentive and friendly to serve the diners with an outstanding knowledge of the diffrent meals served during that evening. The atmosphere is very convenient and welcoming. The overnight stay in one of the few rooms of the Hotel requires Patience because one cannot compare the Quality of the room with other Hotels of the same category; it Needs to be improved to have a perfect stay with an excellent meal.

our first visit in a restaurant since the outbreak at the beginning of the year and we were not sure what to expect. to our joy, the restaurant owners have taken great care to keep the sparing and pandemic precautions on site and place without making us or the...other two parties in the restaurant uncomfortable. eating was amazing. we had the cure menu, which was very beautifully presented and everything was very tasteful and seasoned. the weepings perfectly matched to any cure and with the very attentive and friendly staff we enjoyed an excellent evening meal in background.
