As someone from Hong Kong, I can attest that The restaurant has nothing to do with Hong Kong despite its name, not the menu, not the decor, and not the servers. The menu is a mixed bag of Vietnamese, Thai and northern Chinese dishes. The Chinese dishes we ordered reminded me of the Chinese chop-suey which prevailed in the United States and Europe back in the 1980s.
